Graduate at Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (1976), a master's degree in law from the University of São Paulo (1985) and a doctorate in law from the University of São Paulo (1993). Currently a professor at the University of São Paulo, Professor Civil Law in Adventist Institute of Education, Judge - Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo.
