Roy Martelanc

Doctor (98), master (94) and graduate at Administration from FEA/USP (83) and naval engineer (83) from EPUSP. He is a professor of finance at FEA/USP (since 90), both at the undergraduate and PhD programs, where he was the coordinator of finance area (10-14 and 00-01). He is a project coordinator at FIA (since 90), where he was director of operations and education (02-08) and is member of the board (since 08). He was the coordinator of the division of finance at ANPAD (15-18), coordinator of the area of finance at SemeAd (12-14), board member of Banco Pan (10-13), board member of Acrefi (05-09) and steering director of PREMIA (08-11). Is a board member of SBFin (since 2023). In finance of the private sector, he works mainly with the structuring and restructuring of companies and enterprises. In finance of the public sector, he works mainly with economic-social-environmental results. He is author of books, as Avaliação de Empresas (10), Fusões e Aquisições (17), of articles published in Brazilian and international journals and congresses, and keynote speaker.
