Márcia Terra da Silva

bachelor's at Engenharia de Produção from Universidade de São Paulo (1977), master's at Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas - SP (1985) and doctorate at Production Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (1995). In 2014 retired from USP and began to work at UNIP, at the Post Graduation in Production Engineering Program. Has experience in Production Engineering, focusing on Processes of Work, acting on the following subjects: service management, work organization, professional service management, as health services and education, and not-for profit organizations.
