Luis Alberto Oliveira Dallan

Graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo in 1973. In 1986, he earned the title of Doctor of Medicine (PhD), in the area of Surgical Clinic. In 2000, he obtained academic professor title, from the Department of Cardio-Pulmonology (Discipline of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery), University of São Paulo. He is currently the Director of the Surgical Coronary Disease Division under the Cardio-Pulmonology Department , from the University of Sao Paulo. He has vast experience in Medicine with emphasis on Cardiovascular Surgery, acting on the following subjects: Off Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (CABG); Mini thoracotomy access for single vessel CABG; Multiple Arterial Grafts Surgery including Bilateral Internal Thoracic Arteries, the Radial Arteries, the Lower Epigastric Arteries and the Right Gastroepiploic Artery; Surgery with Robotic Assistance in the Preparation of the Left Internal Thoracic Artery; Cell Therapy Associated with Laser Transmocardial Revascularization in Patients with Refractory Angina.
