Graduated in Economics (1971), MSc. (Quantitative Methods) in Business Administration (1977), and Ph.D. in Business Administration by the University of São Paulo, Brazil (1983). Full-professor of the University of São Paulo. Areas of actuation: Corporate Finance, Valuation and Financial Market. Consultant, lecturer and peer in the areas of Corporate Finance and Valuation. Member of Editorial Councils of many scientific publications. Arbiter of the Chamber of Market Arbitrage - Bovespa (São Paulo Stock Exchange).
