Member of the Board of Trustees and current Director of Research of Fipecafi - the Institute for Accounting, Actuarial and Financial. He is a member of the following professional associations: American Accounting Association, European Accounting Association, ANEFAC - National Association of Executives in Finance, Administration and Accounting and IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. He was Head of the Department of Accounting and Actuarial Science at FEA for two terms and was Dean of FEA-USP. CNPq researcher since 2005 and leader of the Research Group in Management Accounting certified by CNPq. He has been developing research and publications in the management accounting area.
