Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Campinas - UNICAMP (1983) and Ph.D. in physics at UNICAMP (1987). He is professor of physics at UNICAMP since 1989. Has experience in physics, dealing mainly with general physics. He works mainly in the following areas: foundations of physics, Weber's electrodynamics, Ampère's force between current elements, Mach's principle, relational mechanics, cosmology, electromagnetism, plasma and history of physics.
