Bachelor's at Engenharia Agronômica from Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz (1977), master's at Solos e Nutrição de Plantas from Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz (1987) and doctorate at Fitotecnia from Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz (1993). Executive Director of Campo Verde Agronomic Research and professor doctor of the Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz. Advisor of GERA - Group of Experiments and Agronomic Recommendations. Coordinator of the Cooperation Agreement between the University of São Paulo and the Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration. Coordinator of the Football Team of the Academic Athletic Association "Luiz de Queiroz". He has experience in Agronomy, with emphasis on Phytotechnology and Phytosanitary, working mainly on the following topics: rice and winter crop management and phytosanitary control of large crops, vegetables and fruit trees.It has developed experiments and rural extension work with rice cultivation in the main producing regions of the states of São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul and Minas Gerais, and with winter crops in the main producing regions of the states of São Paulo and Paraná.
