Abstract
The goal of this project is to explore the synthesis of self-standing III-V compounds nanowires with their respective optical, structural and electrical characterizations. The nanowire growth will be catalyzed by metallic nanoparticles using the Vapor-Liquid-Solid method in a chemical beam epitaxy system.
