Yvete Flávio da Costa

He holds a law degree from the Fluminense Federal University (1978), a master's degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1993) and a doctorate in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2002). With Post-Doctorate at the University of Coimbra - Portugal, under the supervision of Professor José Manuel Aroso Linhares; She is currently an Assistant Professor at the Paulista State University - "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" - Faculty of Human and Social Sciences. He has experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on Civil Procedural Law, working mainly on the following subjects: Collective Rights, Emergency Tutors, Civil Liability, Human and Social Rights, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship. He is Leader of the Nucleus of Advanced Research in Civil and Comparative Procedural Law. Teaching courses in undergraduate and graduate (master's degree), Coordinator of the Lato-Sensu Specialization Course in Contemporary Procedural Law 1st Edition (2010-2011) and 2nd Edition (2012-2014).
