Full professor retired at Universidade Federal de São Carlos - UFSCar (2016), Graduate in Computer Science from Universidade de São Paulo at São Carlos (1978), graduate in Data Processing Technology from Universidade Federal de São Carlos (1981), master in Computer Science and Statistics from Universidade de São Paulo at São Carlos (1983) and doctorate in Informatics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (1991). pos-doc at UNIKENT at Canterbury, England (1993/94). Full professor at The Centro Universitário Central Paulista (UNICEP) of São Carlos, coordinate the Computing Engineering undegraduation course, Ex-Full professor of the Computer Sciences Graduate Program of UFSCar and ex coordinator of the Colaborative, Imersive and Interactive Visualization Laboratory - LAVIIC. Has experience in Computer Science, working on the following subjects: distributed applications, frameworks, distributed plataforms, distributed multimedia applications, imersve and collaborative scientific visualization bioinformatics and e- learning.
