Nutritionist, graduated from Sacred Heart University (1983), Master in Food Science from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of São Paulo (1996) and PhD in Pediatrics, University Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2000). Specialist in Public Health, Hospital Administration and Food Services Administration. Works in the University of Sao Paulo, working with the Hospital of Reabilitation of Craniofacial Anomalies, since January 1985, where he was Technical Director of the Nutrition from 1989 to 2006 and currently coordinates the Clinical Nutrition, the area of Technical and Administrative Staff Multidisciplinary Nutritional Therapy and is a full member of Team Dysphagia. In the area of nutrition, acts, directs, publishes, develops protocols and conduct research in the areas of nutritional status assessment, surveillance and nutritional evolution, Enteral Nutrition Therapy, diet therapy, Robin sequence, cleft palate, dysphagia and nutritional education. Visiting Professor of the Specialization Course in Oral Motricity, HRAC / University of São Paulo, Visiting Professor of the Specialization Course in Nutrition and Metabolism in Clinical Practice, State University of Londrina, Visiting Professor of the Specialization Course in Clinical Nutrition at the University of the Sacred Heart , Visiting Professor of the Specialization Course in Nutrition UNIRP in São José do Rio Preto. Guidance punctual Program Graduate Sciences Reabiliatação HRAC, University of São Paulo until 2010. First author of the books "Anthropometric Assessment in Pediatrics" (Publisher Turning Point, 2008) and "Handbook of recipes for dysphagia: use of different starches thickeners", 2010. Mentor and inventor of PROTEIN BLEND OF MEAT EXTRACT POWDER AND COLLAGEN (Meat Powder) developed and produced with the JBS Food Group (August 2009). Coordinator of the project "Adequate nutrition as Fundamental Right to Social Inclusion", which produced the booklet "Your rights when: you are entitled to food supplement for free", August 2012. Scientific Advisor of FAPESP (Foundation Research Support of the State of São Paulo) and CAPES (Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel).
