PhD in Social Psychology (PUC-SP, 1988) and in Higher Studies Specialized in Clinical Psychology, professional doctorate (Université Paris 7; 1978). Master and Degree in Sociology with a sub-dominant in Linguistics (Université Paris 8, 1973), Master and Degree in Clinical Human Sciences (Université Paris 7, 1975), Degree in Philosophy, with a sub-dominant in Iberian and Latin American Studies (Université Paris 8, 1973). She is a Full Professor at PUC-SP where she has been teaching since 1979, in the Postgraduate Program in Clinical Psychology, in which she created the Center for Subjectivity Studies and participated in the founding of her Doctorate (1983). She was a regular guest professor for the Interdisciplinary Master's Degree in Theater and Living Arts at the National University of Colombia (2013-2020). She was a faculty member of the Independent Studies Program, Barcelona-MacBa Museum of Contemporary Art (2007-2015). She was Professor of Institutional Analysis and Psychotherapy at the Maison-Blanche Hospital Training Center (Paris, 1977-78) and guest researcher at the National Institute of Art History-INHA (Paris, 2007). She has participated for four decades in the work of collective elaboration, locally and internationally, in the face of current impasses, with conferences, seminars and workshops in several countries, in addition to her publications translated into more than 20 languages. Author of nine books and a hundred essays and co-author, with Félix Guattari, of Molecular Revolution in Brazil (Semioext, 2007), originally published in Brazil as Micropolítica. Cartografias do desejo (Vozes, 1986). From a transdisciplinary theoretical perspective, inseparable from a clinical-political pragmatics of confronting the impasses of the present, her investigation focuses on micropolitics: the sphere of the mode of production of subjectivity, the relationship with others and the social fabric that is woven from of them, specific to each sociocultural system, which provides the system in question with its existential consistency, without which it would not be sustainable, since a system is not an abstraction. In addition to research and teaching in diffeent universities, museums and independent spaces, all over the world, this perspective guides her writing and psychoanalytic practice, as well as her activities in the areas of culture, arts, health and social movements.
