Ademar da Silva

Graduated in Letras from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes (1971), master and ph.d. in Linguistics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1989 and 1996). He is a retired professor from UNESP-FCLar, where he worked in the Modern Letters Department - field English Language Teaching. Nowadays he is an Adjunct Professor at the Methodology of Teaching Department.of UFSCar -Universidade Federal de São Carlos, where he teaches English Language Teaching Practice. He has experience in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, working on the following subjects: Textual Linguistics ; Language teaching and learning/acquisition; Pre and In-service language teacher education.
