Marcelo Alvares de Oliveira

He has a degree in Agricultural Engineering from FCA/UNESP/Botucatu (1992), a master's degree in Food Science and Technology from ESALQ/USP/Piracicaba (1996) and a PhD in Agronomy from FCA/UNESP/Botucatu (2000). He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on Post-Harvest. He is currently a Researcher at Embrapa Soja, member of the Genetics and Breeding Team, coordinating and participating in research projects related to the Quality of Harvested and Stored Soy, Soy in Human Food and Food and Nutritional Security. He was President ABRAPOS (Brazilian Grain Post-Harvest Association) during the 2015-2018 administration and in the current 2023-2026 administration he is a member of the Executive Board.
