She has a degree in Speech Pathology from the University of the Sacred Heart (1989), a master's degree in Communication Disorders from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1996), a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from the Craniofacial Anomalies Rehabilitation Hospital (2002) and a voice specialist from the Regional Council of Speech Therapy. She is currently a PhD Professor in the Department of Speech Therapy at the Bauru School of Dentistry at the University of São Paulo and a permanent lecturer at the Interunit Bioengineering Postgraduate Program at the University of São Paulo. Has experience in voice, focusing on voice and expressiveness of professional communication, vocal health of the worker, voiceover, acoustic evaluation, including phonetography and nonlinear acoustic evaluation of voice.
