Marcos Mucenic

Holds a degree in Medicine from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1994). Completed a medical residency in Internal Medicine at the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (1996), in Gastroenterology at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (HC-FMUSP; 1999) and in Digestive Endoscopy at HC-FMUSP (2001). Holds a PhD in Gastroenterology from FMUSP (2003). Has specialist titles in Gastroenterology, Digestive Endoscopy and Hepatology. Since 2005 has been a hepatologist for the Liver Transplant Group of the Santa Casa de Misericórdia hospital in Porto Alegre and as an auditing physician at the INSS. Worked mainly on the following topics: Autoimmune Hepatitis and Wilson's Disease Currentily works on clinical research concerning Liver Transplantation. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
