Graduated in Dentistry (2001) from the Faculty of Dentistry of Araraquara - Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" and PhD in Dentistry - Oral Diagnosis Area (2007) from the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of São Paulo. Since graduation I have concentrated interest and training in oral diagnosis, mainly in the area of prevention, education and, in my doctorate, I study the prevalence of colonization and oral infection by Candida spp. and untreated cavities in pediatric AIDS patients. I am currently a Professor-Doctor II in the Discipline of Integrated Clinic, Department of Stomatology, Faculty of Dentistry, University of São Paulo - FOUSP and part of these teaching assignments are carried out in the Dental Urgency Sector of FOUSP with undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students. dentists.
