Professor at the Federal Technological University - Parana (UTFPR) - Santa Helena campus, in the area of Technical Design, Topography and Geodesy. Cartographic Engineer (2012), Master (2015) and PhD in Cartographic Sciences (2018) from the Faculty of Science and Technology (FCT) of the Sao Paulo State University (UNESP), Presidente Prudente campus. Member/collaborator of the Spatial Geodesy Study Group (GEGE), the National Institute of Science and Technology - GNSS Technology in Support of Air Navigation (INCT GNSS-NavAer) and the Project Ionosphere Studies from Boeing/UNESP. Has experience in Geodesy, Position Astronomy, Topography, Technical Design and Adjustment of Observations. Acting on the following subjects: GNSS, ionospheric irregularities, ionospheric scintillation, GBAS, high accuracy positioning and planimetric and altimetric topographic surveys.
