Ieda Geriberto Hidalgo

was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1976. She received a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP (Brazil, 2009); a M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP (Brazil, 2004); a Specialist degree in Mathematics from CEUNSP (Brazil, 2000) and a B.Sc. degree in Computation from UNESP (Brazil, 1996). She hold post-doctorate by Colorado State University - CSU (2011). In this university, she was a visiting scholar atduring her doctorate (2008-2009). Currently, she is professor at the Technology Faculty - UNICAMP (Department of Analysis and Systems Development). In recent years she has worked in research projects with electric energy companies, such as: ONS, CESP, Duke Energy, ANEEL, and AES Tietê. Her areas of interest are: energy systems (renewable sources), optimization methods, forecasting models, simulation models, economic and financial feasibility, energy trading, and water resources management.ihidalgo@unicamp.br (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
