Research and analysis of the first translations of the Iliad in Portugal. (AU)

Master degree at University of São Paulo, with the supervision of Professor Alexander Yao Cobbinah, PhD, and financed by CNPq. Investigates how the official textbooks distributed by the government in 2020 approach the formation of Brazilian Portuguese, as a consequence of linguistic contact among the African languages brought to Brazil, autoctone languages and Portuguese, with a decolonial perspective. Graduated in Portuguese, Ancient Greek and Latin at the University of São Paulo. Research sponsored by FAPESP concerning the first translations of the Iliad to portuguese verse/poetry, and how it was related to the formation of neologisms that were incorporated to the language and poetic tradition.Graduated in Portuguese, Ancient Greek and Latin at the University of São Paulo.
