I have a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences (2003) from the Federal University of Uberlândia, I have a Master's Degree in Biological Sciences (Cellular and Molecular Biology) (2006) and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Cellular and Molecular Biology). During this period I was a scholarship professor of the Disciplines of Molecular Ecology associated to the Department of Ecology of UNESP and the discipline of Molecular Systematics next to the botany department. I worked as a Graduation Professor at the United Metropolitan University (FMU), where I taught classes for Biological Sciences and Biomedicine courses. I worked as a associated Post Doc researcher at the Institute of Chemistry of the University of São Paulo since 2011, where I developed research in the field of Bioinformatics, Genomics, Transcritomics, Phylogenomics and Evolution of microorganisms, mostly animal or plant pathogens. I have experience in the development of pipelines and workflows for assembly of genomes, RNAseq and phylogenetic analysis, besides working with command line tools in linux environment such as Perl, Python , R, Bash and integration of these with MySQL database. Recently, I joined the Integrative Omics research group at Brazilian Biorenewables National Laboratory / CNPEM (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
