Adriana Paula Fuzeto

PhD in Science, with an emphasis on Nuclear Energy in Agriculture, from the Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture at the University of São Paulo (CENA/USP, 2008). She holds a Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine, in the area of #8203;#8203;Nutrition and Animal Production, from the School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science at USP (2003), and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Uberlândia (1998). With a solid background in the industrial sector, she has accumulated over 12 years of experience in the sugar and alcohol segment, where she played a strategic role as Quality Control, Laboratories and Processes Manager in the production of sugar, ethanol and energy. At the same time, she led research and development projects aimed at implementing quality management systems in small companies and third sector organizations. Her career as a researcher was highlighted while still an undergraduate, when she published two articles in journals classified as Qualis A1, demonstrating from an early age her scientific rigor and commitment to excellent academic production. During his master's degree, he deepened his research on forage plants and the characterization of structural components of the cell wall, such as lignin and fibrous carbohydrates. This work earned him the prestigious Geraldo Gonçalves Carneiro Award, granted by the Brazilian Society of Animal Science (SBZ) to the best scientific article published in indexed journals in 2015. The transition to academia represented an expansion of her intellectual activity. As a researcher in Active Learning Methodologies, she was awarded at the Brazilian Congress of Engineering Education (COBENGE 2017) for the development of board games with a professional focus, aimed at teaching quality control. In higher education, she built a career marked by leadership and innovation, having served as Coordinator of the Sugarcane Production Course, General Coordinator of Postgraduate and Extension Studies, Coordinator of the Ethics Committee for Research with Human Beings (CEP), as well as Editor of 5 scientific journals and reviewer for research funding agencies. She was also part of institutional centers focused on pedagogical innovation, educational technology and academic inclusion. He was a professor in courses in the areas of Engineering, Administration and Pedagogy, teaching subjects such as Project Development, Quality Engineering, Strategic Management, Research Methodology, Physical-Chemical Analysis and Financial and Stock Management. Na gestão educacional, atuou como executiva da área de Customer Experience, com foco na jornada acadêmica personalizada, além de ter papel protagonista em processos regulatórios que resultaram na aprovação de três cursos de Medicina com conceito máximo (nota 5) pelo MEC. Especialista em Avaliações Institucionais e Performance Acadêmica, dedica-se à elaboração e validação de metodologias de ensino inovadoras, ao desenvolvimento de jogos educacionais e tecnologias aplicadas ao ensino-aprendizagem. Atualmente, contribui ativamente em uma central de inteligência voltada à gestão e performance acadêmica, além de realizar estruturação regulatória e operacional de centros de pesquisa.
