Roberto da Rocha Lima

I am a graduate in Materials Technology Proc. And Comp. Electronics by the Faculty of Technology of São Paulo - FATEC / SP (1996), I obtained my master's and doctor's degree, both in Electrical Engineering by the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo - EPUSP (2004 and 2009, respectively). At the Institute of Physics of the University of São Paulo, I am a specialist and responsible for the vacuum system of the research equipment of the Linear Accelerator Laboratory (accelerator machine, high vacuum furnace, etc.). I have a line of research in the Integral Systems Laboratory (EPUSP) in thin films and composites. Films produced in plasma equipment built in the laboratory as part of my doctorate.
