RFR is graduated in Electrical Engineering - electronic modality / telecommunications by INATEL - National Telecommunications Institute (2002). He holds a postgraduate degree in IT Governance and an MBA in Project Management, being a professional certified by PMI (Project Management Institute - 2010). He is currently a Nuclear Technology Specialist, working in the Telecommunications Engineering area of Amazônia Azul Tecnologias de Defesa (AMAZUL). Previously he worked for the FiberWork company for more than 6 years in the field of R & D of innovative photonics products, as well as in the characterization of long-distance optical fiber networks, Optical Cable Inventory / Monitoring system development and FTTH projects. He has also worked at Petrobras for 8 years (2006-2013), responsible for the project design and implementation of more than 40 large telecommunications systems, in the areas of optical transmission, radio links, satellite systems, cabling, CCTV, networks and automation. He was responsible for the design and implementation of the Company's first DWDM system and was part of the group defining the Optical Mesh project for pre-salt service. Received 3 Awards of Outstanding for the excellence in the performance of professional activities and was reference in the area of Optical Communications in the company. During the FIFA World Cup, he was responsible for the implementation and operation of the IT and Telecom systems in the Porto Alegre venue, working for Match IT (hired FIFA), managing teams in a major event, aggressive deadlines and high technical and communication requirements . Through its work, the excellence and high performance of the implanted systems were guaranteed, obtaining an index of 100% of operation, not registering any fault that interfered in the systems during the games of the Cup. At PETCOM, from 2014 to 2015, he was Regional Manager of the Porto Alegre branch, inaugurating it and being the technical responsible for projects and implementation of last-mile optical systems to serve the customers of Carriers and telecommunications systems (PON) of the Digital Cities Program of the Federal Government. In passing through INMETRO-RS (2015-2016), he was responsible for the Operation of the Network that serves the South superintendence, in the areas of data networks, MPLS circuits and IT services, working with equipment configuration and network management. Created a network asset monitoring system, aimed at improving incident response, and implemented a documentation structure, previously non-existent. He was Telecommunications Coordinator at BAT - British American Tobacco (2016 - 2017), in Cachoeirinha / RS. His scope of work was to lead the Telecom area, ensuring the excellence and continuous operation of the Telecommunications systems, essential for the company's activities, as well as implementing projects focused on cost reduction and performance enhancement. It ensured a great improvement in the indicators of the area, through the structuring of the project area, commitment to deliveries and efficient management of IT suppliers. It has a published international patent, 4 articles presented at international conferences and 3 professional awards. His areas of expertise include Telecommunications Systems, Digital and Analog Electronics, Software Development, Optical Interferometry, Optical Device Characterization, IT Governance and Project Management. Has PMP certification for more than 7 years and major achievements in Project Management. He has excelled in all his professional experiences, becoming a reference in the positions he has worked, based on good relationship, determination, learning ability, technical competence and pro-activity.
