Doctor of Computer Science from the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics (IME) of the University of São Paulo (USP) and a master's in Software Engineering from the Aeronautical Institute of Technology (ITA). He is currently dedicated primarily to education, serving at the Institute of Technology and Leadership (INTELI) as a professor and researcher. In addition, he works at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) as a professor, researcher, and coordinator of the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence program. He extends his expertise to the École Supérieure d'Informatique Appliquée aux Métiers (ÉSTIAM) in Paris, France, as a visiting professor. Furthermore, he collaborates with the Álvares Penteado School of Commerce Foundation (FECAP) as a faculty member. He leads the development of the Zumbi search engine, a tool for generating metrics and studying racial discrimination.
