I also have an MBA in Business Administration from Claretiano, with research focused on management and technology. My academic background includes degrees in Physics (UNESP), Pedagogy (UNINTER)both with a focus on the application of innovative methods in Distance Education (EaD)and Systems Analysis and Development (UNIP). In addition, I am a specialist in Educational Technologies and hold an MBA in Big Data and Competitive Intelligence from Uniamérica.Constantly seeking improvement, I am currently pursuing MBAs in Neuroeducation, Business Intelligence, and Information Security, reinforcing my commitment to innovation and the integration of new fields of knowledge across IT, business, education, and technology.My professional journey spans over two decades in the education sector, with a strong presence in Distance Education and e-learning, both in academic and corporate environments. I have held tactical and strategic roles in Distance Learning Management, Educational Project Management, Course Planning, and Educational Consulting, working with renowned higher education institutions (public and private) and corporate education organizations. This experience has provided me with a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the education and business sectors.In the corporate environment, I have led operational process restructuring and change management, developed an intranet (digital knowledge management hub), implemented a PMO, and coordinated customer onboarding (Customer Success). My core competencies include people, process, and change management, with a strong emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement. I apply methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, Design Thinking, and Project Management (Waterfall, Agile), and work with advanced technological tools, including authoring systems and support for virtual learning environments.
