Master's degree in Management in Development and Regional Planning at Unitau, MBA in IT Management and graduated in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá. For 14 years I have been working in the Financial Market, Loyalty and Credit Union, with consistent experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and IT Projects (ETL, DW, Stage, Data Modeling).
