Advisor and researcher of socio-environmental projects. Advisor to the Executive Secretariat and researcher and coordinator of the Protected Areas Monitoring Program of the Socio-Environmental Institute (ISA) from 2008 to 2022. in the monitoring and evaluation of Conservation Units and socio-environmental and environmental policies and their threats and opportunities for the implementation and management of protected areas and respect for the constitutional rights of traditional, indigenous and quilombola peoples and communities. Other of her main responsibilities were the design and curation of Georeferenced Socio-Environmental Information Systems of Protected Areas; conception, curation, communication strategies and production of the website Unidades de Conservação no Brasil (https://uc.socioambiental.org/) and production of Povos Indígenas Mirim (https://mirim.org/) and conception and elaboration of the System of Socioenvironmental Indicators for Indigenous Lands of the Instituto Socioambiental (https://terrasmais.eco.br/). Furthermore, it subsidized articulations and productions within the scope of the Amazon Network of Georeferenced Socioenvironmental Information (https://www.amazoniasocioambiental.org/pt-br/), the Scientific Panel for the Amazon linked to the Network of Solutions for Sustainable Development of the United Nations (The Science Panel for the Amazon/United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network) and the Traditional Territories Platform of the Federal Public Ministry and the National Council of Traditional Peoples and Communities (2018 - 2021). Biologist and master in Ecology from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), she was previously a technician and natural resources manager at the State Institute of Environment and Water Resources of Espirito Santo (IEMA/ES) and also worked with cooperatives and community settlements and restoration projects in São Paulo, as well as in the area of #8203;#8203;education. She is currently an associate researcher at the Brazilian Society for the Advancement of Science, a researcher in the research group Ecology of biological invasions, management and conservation at the Federal University of Santa Catarina and is part of the Brazilian Diagnosis on Invasive Alien Species, Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services of the Brazilian Platform for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (BPBES).
