Gleison Elias da Silva

Graduation at Materials, Processes and Electronic Components from the Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo (1998), Master's Degree at Electrical Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (2011) and Ph.D. at Electrical Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (2017).He is currently Professor at the Department of Mining and Petroleum Engineering at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.He has experience in the areas of optics and photonics, fiber Bragg gratings (FBG), long period gratings (LPG) and optical sensors of physical quantities, such as temperature, mechanical strain and thermal properties, electrical voltage and current.
