Itana Stiubiener

Currently is an associate professor at the Federal University of ABC - UFABC and an associate researcher at the Laboratory of Architecture and Computer Networks at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. She was Dean of Undergraduate Studies at UFABC and first coordinator at UAB-UFABC. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering - Electronic Emphasis from Mauá School of Engineering (1984), a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (1999) and a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (2005). Has experience in Systems Engineering and Computer Engineering, acting on the following subjects: computer networks, technologies applied to education (distance education), electronic learning, multimedia applications and applications in virtual worlds.
