Thiago Ferrarezi is a lawyer, production engineer, public administrator, and accountant. He holds a Masters degree in Management and Public Policies from EAESP-FGV and has postgraduate specializations in State Law (UFRGS), Administrative Law (FGV), Public Procurement and Administrative Contracts (USP), Urban Planning and Management (USP), and Brazilian Economy (USP).He is active in academia as a guest lecturer at the Ribeirão Preto Law School (USP), at PUC-SP, and at the British School of Creative Arts and Technology (EBAC). He is a speaker in the fields of Public and Digital Law, Artificial Intelligence, and Urban Public Policies. Additionally, he is a researcher at FIPE and at CeCi the Center for Studies in Smart, Resilient, and Sustainable Cities (PUC-SP).With over 15 years of experience in public administration, he has held prominent positions such as senior advisor in the Federal Senate, parliamentary secretary in the Chamber of Deputies, and chief of staff in the São Paulo City Council. For more than a decade, he has worked as a consultant specialized in Public Affairs, providing strategic solutions for government management. He is also a permanent member of the Public Management Excellence Group of CRA-SP.In the legal field, in addition to his practice in Public Law as a partner at Dantas Ferrarezi Advocacia, he served as secretary of the Jurimetrics and Predictive Analysis Committee of the OAB-SP (20222024 term) and has been a member of various committees related to Public and Digital Law. He is a columnist for the legal portal Migalhas, where he publishes weekly articles.In engineering, he serves as Inspector of the Specialized Chamber of Mechanics and Metallurgy at CREA-SP.With a career that spans the public sector, academia, and consulting, his experience integrates legal, administrative, technological, and engineering knowledge. His work is focused on the modernization of public management, the application of new technologies, and the development of innovative policies that drive efficiency and sustainability in the public sector.
