Renata Izabel Dozzi Tezza

Born in Brazil, state of Sao Paulo, where he started his professional activities in 1989. During her career, she worked in public and private initiatives, including Industry, Commerce, Services, Education, Academy and Research & Development. Master Science in Agronomy, Genetics and Plant Breeding from São Paulo State University (UNESP Jaboticabal) 2008, and graduated in Data Processing Technology from FATEC Taquaritinga (1997). She worked in the Sugar-Energy Sector for 6 years (Information Technology-IT.). From 2000 to 2018, she worked with Biotechnology at the Sao Paulo State University (Unesp), performing functions in IT, Bioinformatics and Quality Management. Her last role was as Quality Management Coordinator of the Center for Biological Resources and Genomic Biology-CREBIO. She actively participated in innovative scientific projects (genomics, proteomics and biobanks) from FAPESP, CNPq and MCTI / Finep. She was a Technical Member of the Internal Biosafety Commission of Unesp Jaboticabal, and a Technical Member of the Special Biotechnology Studies Committee of ABNT / ISO 276, where she participated in the process of creating and translating several ISO International Technical Standards, in the area of Biotechnology. In parallel to her formal professional trajectory, she has always participated in events, training, initiatives and studies in entrepreneurship, innovation, people management and neurosciences. Having volunteering as an opportunity for collaboration with society, as well as a tool for self-knowledge and self-development, she is often a volunteer on projects in different areas. Since 2014, she has been a volunteer in projects with direct social impact, taking topics such as awareness of environmental sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship, in her own or with companies initiatives, such as multinational TerraCycle, Startup Weekend by Techstars and Google for Startups, and ?Escola de Inovadores? of Agência Inova-Centro Paula Souza, among others.
