Thiago Victor Cordeiro Marcos

Bachelor of Physics from Universidade Metropolitana de Santos and Mechanical Technician from Centro de Educação Profissional Hélio Augusto de Souza, with over 20 years of experience in advanced research laboratories and ground and field testing. Served as Ground Testing Manager and Product Owner (PO) at Psyche Aerospace, leading multidisciplinary technical teams in the development, assembly, and testing of medium and large-sized drones.His career includes 19 years dedicated to advanced research projects in experimental hypersonics, with prominent involvement in the PROPHIPER (Brazilian Hypersonic Vehicle 14-X) and INCT PRO-HYPER projects. He was responsible for ground testing using hypersonic shock tunnels and for developing fuel gas supply systems. A key highlight was his role in preparing the payload for the launch of the 14-X S, Brazils first demonstrator of air-breathing hypersonic technology, during Operation Cruzeiro in December 2021 at the Alcântara Launch Center (CLA).He collaborated with the Institute for Advanced Studies (IEAv) since 2005, contributing significantly to the operation of hypersonic wind tunnels and the maintenance of related equipment, such as compressors, high-pressure gas lines, and data acquisition systems. Certified by STRATASYS in additive manufacturing, he operated 3D printers and developed hybrid models for testing in wind tunnels.
