Birthplace: Brazil

Biologist with a degree in Biological Sciences (Licentiate) from Universidade do Sagrado Coração (2008), awarded a PROUNI scholarship. Holds a Masters and PhD in Health Sciences from the Botucatu Medical School São Paulo State University (UNESP), with a focus on Pathophysiology in Clinical Medicine. Completed a PhD sandwich program at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, participating in the European project The role of non-coding RNA in human health and disease (Marie Curie Actions IRSES/FP7).Completed two postdoctoral fellowships at FMB-UNESP with funding from FAPESP and CAPES, conducting research on obesity, thyroid hormones, and irisin, as well as contributing to the Emergency Program for the Control of Epidemics and Pandemics.Currently serves as a researcher and Head of Research Development (RD) at Onkos Diagnósticos Moleculares (Ribeirão Preto, Brazil), where she leads innovation projects in molecular oncology, with emphasis on biomarkers, artificial intelligence, and multi-omic technologies. She was awarded a PIPE III fellowship by FAPESP, serving as principal investigator and project manager for the validation of a molecular test for identifying the primary site of metastatic tumors (CUP), in collaboration with the Hospital de Amor (Barretos Cancer Hospital).She has expertise in molecular biology, cell culture, experimental models, team leadership, and public research funding. She is also a faculty member in the Graduate Program in Pathophysiology in Clinical Medicine at UNESP, with experience in supervising undergraduate and graduate students, and in training professionals in innovation-driven environments.
