Mitacs

FAPESP maintains a Memorandum of Understanding with Mitacs, from Canada, to promote cooperation in basic scientific research between Canada and the State of São Paulo, with funding for joint projects.

Mitacs is a Canadian not-for-profit organization that supports bilateral collaborations between researchers, universities, and industry partners, both in Canada and abroad. It operates research and training programs in areas related to industrial and social innovation.
