Abstract

We propose to start a project devoted to using representation theoretical methods to study certain problems arising from algebraic geometry. To be more specific, we are proposing to study exceptional sequences in the derived category of coherent sheaves on the projective space by looking at graded modules over the exterior algebra and also by looking at modules over the corresponding Beilinson algebra.
