Abstract
Talent Assessment is an increasingly relevant market. This sort of assessment enables insights on how (potential) employees learn, think, and reason and thus it is key to the success of HR programs. However, the veracity of the information collected during assessment is doubtful. This is so because there is no privacy-preserving assessment platform out there. Notably, no platform guarantees the privacy of assessors. And, because assessors and the assessees often belong to the same institution, the former is led to provide false information fearing some sort of retaliation from the latter. This project aims, therefore, at analyzing the technical-scientific feasibility of an assessment platform that guarantees the anonymity of assessors and, in turn, the privacy of their information. By doing so, we expect to obtain from assessors information that truly corresponds to their assessment of the assessee. To design our solution, we will look into Attribute-Based Signature (ABS). ABS is able to authenticate a data without revealing the identity of the signer. The expected output of the project is a proof-of-concept of a commercially viable platform that allies a novel assessment methodology with the aforementioned authentication scheme. (AU)
