Abstract

The presente study aims to describe the Tabanidae fauna (their biology, ecology and habits) from the central área of the State of Rondônia, were informations about this subject is scarce. On the other hand, the project intends to strengthen the cooperation between scietific teams in a Brazilian region that lacks research activities and skilled professionals in the área. (AU)
