Abstract
The DNA sequencing equipment will at installed at Centro Analítico de Instrumentação da Universidade de São Paulo which main purpose is to carry out analysis of samples received from IQUSP members, other academic institutions and industries. This techinique can be apllied to identify a sequence of specifics genes or a fragment of genes using Sanger´s method. (AU)
