Abstract

The present research intends to develop and study an intervention methodology that makes use of the writing of narratives as a training strategy when collecting its effects in groups of professionals that act in the interface between psychology and education. The research participants are assisted in the Plantão Institucional, an institutional supervision work offered by the Serviço de Psicologia Escolar of IPUSP since 1997. We hypothesize that the writing of addressed narratives (letters) undertaken by professionals, based on problem situations lived in daily life of work, produce as effects: the transformation of oneself, the creation of other experiences in the labor relations and new possibilities to face the impasses experienced by the teams in their daily life. The analysis will have by theoretical operator the contributions of Foucault on the discourse and the writing, understood by the author as a support for the variation and multiplication of the forms of life. The intervention research method will be used as it takes the research device itself as a constituent of the problem to be investigated. (AU)
