Abstract

Use of logical framework methodology and other project management methods as a plataform solution in order to help organizations on outputs and outcomes mesurement. With this management tool, looking at efficiency, stakeholders wil be able to:- define main goals, beneficiaries, activies and indicator for the project- work on project schedule and cash flow- analise output and outcomesWith this plataform, project teams can work independly but together towards results.
