Abstract

It analyzes new forms of knowledge and information in the context of sharing technologies. Part of the problem that the field of information is undergoing theoretical and professional transformations. The questions in this context are: what are the impacts of these transformations? What are your main categories? Are these categories related to the theory and practice of knowledge organization? It suggests that the Knowledge Organization needs to be included in the field of new information and knowledge studies so as not to move further from reality and facts. Conceptual and analytic-argumentative research, explores the literature about the knowledge of postmodernity up to the current context. The priority themes are the logics of information in the scenario of the 21st century. As a contribution, the epistemologies and paradigms of postmodernity put into perspective the new information and knowledge studies. (AU)
