Abstract
In this research proposal we intend to analyze, in a phenomenological perspective, how, when doing research with an RA application, the student understands the contents of Differential and Integral Calculus?. In order to do so, we explore the meaning of technologies for the constitution of knowledge and highlight the role of the school in the digital age, in which human formation is valued more than the transmission of information. With this, the subject/student must be active and have the possibility to constitute knowledge, work in groups, conduct research, dialogue and validate their hypotheses, towards the construction of a language, through which their understanding can be expressed. Digital technologies, such as software, can enhance this process of knowledge constitution of the subject, favoring the development of skills such as visualization, contributing to the construction of inferences and conjectures. Among the diversity of technological resources, we turn, in the research, to an Augmented Reality application - GeoGebra Augmented Reality - exploring its potentialities for the teaching and learning of Differential and Integral Calculus contents. Calculus is an undergraduate discipline that requires visual skills, often neglected, and with RA, we can value them by making them relevant to the student's understanding of content. In order to answer the questioned, we will offer a course to the students of Math Teacher Training, in which actions are conducted to explore the potentialities of the RA application and favor the dialogue between the subjects, allowing them to express what is understood.
