Abstract

To improve performance and greater reliability of the results obtained in Embrapa Instrumentation laboratories, it is necessary to perform/acquired some services and materials, as follows:- Calibration of measuring instruments (scales, micropipettes and colorimeter);- Physical structure readjustment in the laboratories with pressure vessels (autoclaves e compressor) to meet the requirements of regulatory standard of the fire department of the state of São Paulo (number 13). This readjustment includes the elaboration and execution of the project by a specialized outsourced company;- Classification, packaging, transport and final disposal of chemical waste from laboratories, including obtaining the all certificates of approval for the disposal of environmental waste issued by specialized company;- Acquisition of filters, cartridges and membranes for unit water purifiers and ultrapurifiers;- Adequation of physical structure to create Photocatalysis lab. For the correct and optimized use of space, it is necessary to make planned laboratory workbenches, install special gas line and the acquired/install of a digital gas flow controller;The justifications for the above acquisitions/hiring are listed in the Annual Application Plan.
