Abstract

In this new proposal of institutional technical reserve (RTI), priority was given to the use of RTI for the acquisition of consumable materials for our core facility laboratory and for update of I.Search a proprietary database available since 2005 of all research projects conducted at the institution. This system was upgraded in 2009 and 2010, allowing for the simultaneous control of documents, processes, costs, resources, and scientific production of the research carried out. This decision is still due to the fact that our laboratory is fully equipped and waiting for the construction of the new IIEP, which may contemplate in the future, the acquisition of new equipment of medium and large size.
