Abstract

The use of tools and methodologies for generating quality imagens is fundamental for studies in developmental biology. Obtaining imagens and quantifying with high sensitivity bioluminescence or fluorescence signals are important assets for studies in the field of plant and animal development. Therefore, the imaging system NEWTON 7.0 is ideal to achieve such goals. (AU)
