Abstract

The present project consists in the commercial development of new types of master with micro / nanostructured materials destined to the production of engineering resins and plastics with mechanical reinforcement and / or electric-magnetic properties. To this end, the present project groups the technology of production of traditional masterbactes of Bevi Plastic such as color pigment masters, anti-flames, UV stabilizers, anti-bactericidal action, flame retardants, electronic conductivity and others, technology of micro / nanostructured materials developed by the University of São Paulo, patented in 2016 (see Annex III). With this combination it is intended to offer the new product to two types of market: masters containing totally innovative additives for use in the market that work with conductive and / or magnetic plastics and masters for the plastics, resins and rubbers market where the mechanical resistance and weight reduction in the parts where they are applied are relevant. From the technical point of view, the present project is in a phase where there is a need to apply resources to establish a pilot capable of providing samples to the market in such a way that it is possible to evaluate the demand, investment costs for the future scheduling of the products and make adjustments in the formulations (concentration of the products used to make the master) in function of the various existing applications that may be requested.
