Abstract

The purpose of the Cell Sorter Aria III CDU 5B/3R/6V is to analyze and separate distinct cell populations from samples containing mixtures of cells, such as peripheral blood, lymphoid tissues, tumors, solid organs, or other tissues. The equipment will be part of the equipment park of the Translational Medicine Research Platform - Fiocruz/Ribeirão Preto School of Medicine - USP, and will be under your responsibility. This equipment will serve the researchers of Fiocruz and The Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto - USP, other Campus Units and Research Units outside the USP Campus and will contribute to the development of research projects of Graduate Students and Young Researchers. The Laboratory shall comply with the provisions of the Regulation and the legislation relevant to the scope of the University. (AU)
