Abstract

FAPESP's Institutional Technical Reserve has been seen by the FEQ as an opportunity to update and improve the collective research infrastructure. There is an effort by the Faculty to maintain, expand and modernize its research infrastructure, even in periods of scarcity of official resources, with permanent and constant work having been carried out, employing various sources of resources. In recent years, infrastructure improvement has been prioritized with a main approach in five main aspects:-Improvement of the utility infrastructure to support the research activities of decentralized research laboratories-Improvement of the Infrastructure of the FEQ Multi-User Laboratory (LRAC)-Improvement of technical support infrastructure for research activities-Improved multi-user computing infrastructure-Improvement of postgraduate education infrastructureIn this proposal, it is intended to acquire some equipment and accessories to improve the research infrastructure of the FEQ multiuser laboratory, videoconferencing equipment to allow remote and in-person thesis defenses and dissertations simultaneously.
